The Chalet is a quick commute to Tennessee locations such as Pulaski (20 min) and Nashville (1.25 hours) and Alabama locations such as Athens (20 min), Huntsville (45 min), Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville (45 min), Decatur (30 min), and Birmingham (1.5 hours). A perfect stop-over for going to/coming from Florida. The Chalet features two bedrooms. One with a queen bed. The other with a full bed. A queen air mattress is also available to use. There is one full sized bathroom in the Chalet. The rest of the Chalet includes a full sized kitchen, laundry room, livingroom and sunroom. Board games and a variety of DVDs are provided for entertainment. The Chalet has a gas grill and two fire pits with wood. You will have the entire Chalet to yourselves. Restaurants and other necessities can be found within 10 miles in Ardmore, Tennessee. But gas stations and a Dollar Store are within 5 miles of the Chalet. The screened in porch is my favorite place to have breakfast or unwind with a book, and taking naps on the bed swings hanging from the porch ceilings is about as good as it gets! There is very little to do nearby so pack up your food, your books, your pajamas, your loved ones and come relax!

Our home is around 750 square feet with 2 beds and one bath that can comfortably accommodate four with one queen and one full bed. We do have a TV with Blue Ray and a few DVDs. No wifi but if you are tech savvy you can stream thru your phone . The idea is to UNWIND and RELAX though. With a new deck on the back and a front porch with sunsets to die for, you've never heard quiet quite like this. We also offer games, cards and a few books & magazines to keep you occupied if needed. The wood floors are real hardwood floors and have a slight slope but no worries, she is steady! You also have the option of a queen sofa bed with extra toppings to make it all comfy.
